West Ham have agreed on a fee of £22 million (€25m/$29m) with Toulouse to sign defender Issa Diop, reports the Daily Mail.
The 21-year-old is due in London on Monday to discuss personal terms, which are no sure bet to be finalised.
Diop is understood to be demanding significantly more than the Hammers are proposing in their contract offer.
