Chelsea are reportedly keeping tabs on Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic as current boss Antonio Conte looks increasingly likely to leave this summer.

Simon Johnson from the Standard understands that although Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri is currently favourite for the job, Jokanovic is also in the frame.

The 49-year-old, who spent two years at Chelsea as a player, will lead the Cottagers into the Championship play-off final on Saturday, as they face Aston Villa in a one-off match to gain promotion to the Premier League.

Jokanovic also guided Watford to the Premier League in his eight months at Vicarage Road.

With the Serbian only having a year left on his contract, it could be the right man to move for his services.

Conte has been linked with a Stamford Bridge exit for a considerable time now, despite winning the FA Cup thanks to an Eden Hazard goal.

The Italian has had a number of public spats with the board over transfer policy and is believed to be keen to move on this summer.

Sarri has a release clause of £7 million in his contract with Napoli, but the Blues must act fast if they want him as that clause expires at the end of this month.
